Shipping within United States is $20 flat rate per order. I’ll send you an email with the tracking number when your parcel is on its way. Local pick-up is available from my home or studio in Oakland CA. Just select ‘Local pick-up’ at check-out. 

I am happy to ship internationally. I send international parcels via USPS standard airmail with signature on delivery, unless you request otherwise. You are responsible for payment of any customs duties relevant to your country. International shipping costs vary depending on the location and weight of the package — please email me for a quote. As a guide, shipping to the Asia and UK ranges from $50 for a cup to $150 for a large vase. 

I package all items very carefully to avoid breakage. My priority is getting your precious purchase to you safely, while minimising the environmental impact of new packaging. I use clean recycled and repurposed packaging materials (foam, bubble wrap, paper, cardboard) where possible, and supplement this with purchased recycled and biodegradable packaging. 

Stoneware ceramic is durable if treated with care. All my work is made with food-safe (non-toxic) materials and can safely hold hold hot or cold water. Gentle handwashing is recommended to preserve the surface over time. Cups are microwavable. More on care of stoneware here.

I want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you have any concerns after receiving your parcel. I will accept returns within one week for a full refund minus the cost of postage.
